− Jest telewizor ale nie można na nim nic obejrzeć, nie jest podpięta antena ani inna opcja do oglądania TV/streaming.

Niski standard za wysoką cenę

− Czystość i stan techniczny obiektu pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Większość mebli i sprzętów w pokoju pokrywała gruba warstwa kurzu, z mebli odkleja się okleina, jedna z szafek w części kuchennej pozbawiona frontu. Gniazdko w łazience było luźne i częściowo wystawało ze ściany, obok toalety wystawała goła śruba, prawdopodobnie po zamontowanym kiedyś uchwycie na papier toaletowy, deska nieprzymocowana do muszli, ruszała się przy każdej okazji korzystania z toalety. Ślady po butach na ścianie i suficie, do tego dziury i uszkodzenia oraz odchodzący tynk i farba w okolicach okien. Zamrażarka skuta lodem z urwanymi drzwiczkami. Wejście do obiektu niezabezpieczone, otwarta pozostaje zarówno furtka wejściowa, jak i drzwi do budynku, obok furtki wystaje goły kabel jedynie owinięty taśmą izolacyjną. Gwoździem do trumny były hałasy i głośne rozmowy innych lokatorów pod oknami trwające do 6 rano. Numer kontaktowy podany na stronie nie odpowiada, obiekt nie odpowiada również na kontakt mailowy. Nocleg kosztował 439 zł / noc za dwie osoby, za tę cenę nie mogę polecić tego obiektu.

Podobał mi się wystrój w stylu loftowym. Położenie - wszędzie blisko, zarówno na przystanek autobusowy i w dalszą podróż czy pieszo na chociażby dworzec, przystępna cena

− Nie dało się otworzyć bramy wjazdowej i z wózkiem po wąskich schodkach trzeba było się wciskać. W pokoju na poddaszu w trakcie burzy po ścianie ciekła woda, deska od toalety latała na boki, drzwi od prysznica spadały z zawiasów, przegnity narożnik ściany w toalecie, zarwany materac w dolnym pokoju, normalnie kołyska... Już nie wspominając, że mieszkania ze styropianu i każde, za przeproszeniem, pierdnięcie się niosło... Słychać było jak ktoś się przewracał na bok w mieszkaniu wyżej. Okna przy otwieraniu też na słowo, całe się kiwają
