10.0Communications is clear, location is amazing, walkable distance to a lot of places with restaurants, bars, grocery stores around and 5 mins from Puerta del Sol, accommodation is clean, has everything (towels, AC, kitchen), very quiet for a hostel.
BUENA ESTANCIA, PODRIA SER EXCELENTE si no fuera todo virtual.
7.0La ubicacion es excelente, la vista hacia la calle atocha es muy linda. Es muy limpio, comodo, amplio sus cuartos. La cocina siempre estuvo en perfectas condiciones y la use a diario para desayunar.
− el tema de que no tengan ningun empleado disponible y sea todo virtual es un punto en contra. Al llegar la puerta ventana no cerraba, por ende el ruido de noche fue tremendo. El wifi no funciono la mayor parte del tiempo, pidiendome ellos a mi por wsp que resetee los equipos. si bien la comunicacion por wsp es fluida, uno no puede estar haciendo las cosas como si fuera el personal. el aire tuvo sus problemas y querian que el tecnico entre al cuarto, cuando yo no estaba, o bien que yo me quede a esperarlo. DE NINGUNA MANERA.

− The price was high considering what it offers. A towel had old stains. A private fridge inside the room would be useful for stays longer than a couple of days
