8.0O atendimentou foi excelente, achei o quarto pequeno para 03 pessoas, mas me atendeu pois fiquei apenas 01 noite. Achei uma garrafa de agua vazia atras do frigrobar, o que compromete a limpeza. O quarto estava limpo, mas senti falta de um cheiro de limpeza no quarto e no wc. A Area nao tinha aspecto de que foi limpa. O café da manha é simples, mas muito gostoso. O Atendimento da equipe foi excelente. Ambiente muito familiar.
− Poderia melhorar na limpeza, deixar mais claro que foi feito, um cheirinho de limpeza no quarto fez falta. Sou acostumada a ficar acomodada em locais onde ate a toalha vc sente o cheiro de amaciante, senti falta disso. O ambiente estava limpo, mas faltou aquele algo mais.

− Escolhemos esta hospedagem porque a descrição dizia que tinha estacionamento (após a reserva, inclusive, recebi um ok por e-mail, dizendo que o estacionamento não seria cobrado, então estava tudo perfeito). Chegando lá, descobrimos que a pousada não tinha estacionamento próprio, então as soluções eram estacionar na rua ou pagar estacionamento fora, que ficava a uma distância de 2 quadras e a equipe da pousada nem soube dizer se estaria aberto no dia. Além disso, a cama estava com desnível e ficou bem desconfortável durante a noite.

− A cama estava cheia de areia travesseiro sujo, disponibilizarao apenas um papel higiênico, e precisam deixar bem claro ao cliente que eles NÃO possuem estacionamento, o estacionamento e na rua !

5.0HABITACON CON CAMA CUCHETA. SIN VENTANA. PUERTA PERSIANA. PUDO HABER SIDO UN ANTIGUO DEPOSITO. CAMA DE ARRIBA A I,85 DE ALTURA (TENER EN CUENTA SI TENES SOBREPESO). NO APTO SI SE SUFRE DE CLAUTROFOBIA.
− SE NOS HIZO FIRMAR UN REGLAMENTO DONDE DE ESTABLECIA QUE A PARTIR DE 22 HS U 11 HS NO SE PODIA HACER RUIDOS NUNCA SE CUMPLÍO YA QUE LOS HUESPEDES DE LAS HABITACIONES 16 Y 17 HICIERON RUIDO HASTA LAS 2 AM
