10.0Calico Jack's in a hidden gem in Belize! You really feel like you are in the jungle on their lush grounds. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about their guests. We loved the activities they offer, such as the zip lining only a 10 min walk from our room. Be sure to stay for breakfast and order the Stuffed Fry Jacks, they were the best we had in Belize! Our room was perfect for our large family and included three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The roads leading to Calico Jack's are a bit all terrain, so we recommend AWD to get there in the rainy season.

8.0We stayed in a room that had your choice of a ladder or pulley elevator to access. It was a lot of fun. Nice bedding and the room was great. The food at the restaurant was not very good, but the staff was wonderful.

10.0If you are looking for a jungle stay then this is the place! The staff is so friendly and helpful!!! Fred was the best. He was so knowledgeable and gave us advice on places to go and see. Slight caveat: there is a dirt road leading up to the hotel and can get washed out. There is a back up road. Make sure to ask the hotel about the back up road before traveling there.
