Excellent staff. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great service and a clean room.
10.0The location was great in what I would describe a business district, and it was close to several train stations - Otemachi (5 min), Tokyo Station (15 min) . The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did everything they could do to make our stay comfortable. A special shoutout to the Italian lady that helped us booking taxis to the airport. Housekeeping also left us fresh towels and water when we had our 'do not disturb' sign on. There are also washing machines available where you can wash a load for only a few dollars. There were plenty of eateries as well as 7/11's within a short walk.
− The breakfast food was well prepared and of very good quality, but I found the selection to be a bit limited.

8.0Situation idéale: la gare de Otemachi est un gros "hub" du métro de Tokyo. Distance à pied de la gare de Tokyo et du palais impérial (idéal pour les runners). La bonne surprise : l'enceinte bluetooth Bose dans la chambre
