− 案内にはきちんと記載されていましたが、チェックイン時はさらっと目を通した程度だったため、スタッフの方がいらっしゃらない時間帯に外出先から戻った際、建物への入り方が分からず少し戸惑いました。 幸い案内用紙を持っていたので、改めて読み返して無事に入ることができましたが、初めて利用する人にも分かりやすいよう、もう少し案内を工夫していただけると、より親切だと感じました。
