8.0The experience of staying in the hotel is mixed, some activities were excellent other where terrible. Generally speaking the hotel facilities are very good, except wifi at rooms whick is very very weak. The staff are not well trained, it took me more than 40 min to complete the check in, the front desk employee was taking lots of calls while I was checking in. Very loud music is played at night. I still recommend it as it is the best location in the city and also highest rate.

6.0المكان رائع و نظيف لكن الخدمات بحاجة إلى اعادة النظر لها لقد قمت بحجز جناحين اكثر الأشياء لا تعمل مثال غلاية الشاى و التليفزيون ولا يوجد شبشب بالغرف و كل شئ يجب ان تطلبه منهم و هذا ما جعنلى غير مستمتعه بالإقامة بالإضافة إلى المطعم حيث لا يوجد الكثير من الأطباق المكتوبة فى القائمة
