All in all a good hotel with very kind staff and a chaotic environment due to the location
7.0The staff were very kind and always helpful. Rooms had enough space. There are especially bigger rooms for families which is a plus. The food offers of the hotel are very good.
− The location is a little bit chaotic and hilly. There are in total 2 elevators but one of them did not work during our stay unfortunately. The balcony view is not that good due to the location.
Terrible, we do not recommend! Stay away from this hotel. We will write a detailed review on Google.

1.0− Extremely Disappointed with the Service and Management Booked this hotel for our medical patients, but the experience was unacceptable. The hotel forced a room relocation due to technical issues, provided contradictory instructions, and completely ignored our requests. Due to the stress and poor service, our patients had to check out early. Management refused to respond or issue a refund for the unused nights. Would not recommend for medical travelers or business partners.

3.0Όταν ανέβεις πολλά σκαλιά δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο συναντάς αγορά οικονομική με όλα τά αγαθά.
− Τό πάρκινγκ είναι στο δρόμο μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο, αλλά περνά κόσμος ανάμεσα στα αυτοκίνητα με αποτέλεσμα δημιουργήθηκαν γρατσουνιές το αμάξι.Το δωμάτιο τό ένα πρέπει να ήταν ντουλάπα και έγινε δωμάτιο... δύο κρεβάτια μέσα και τίποτα άλλο.Ο καναπές κρεβάτι χρειάστηκε να ζητήσουμε βοήθεια νά ανοίξει ώστε να γίνει κρεβάτι σπασμένος σέ πολλά σημεία.... δεν μιλάει τό προσκοπικό Αγγλικά παρά μόνο τά βασικά. Για το πάρκινγκ μου ζητήθηκαν τά κλειδιά για νά τό μετακινούν, πράγμα απαράδεκτο, φυσικά και πήγα λίγο παραπάνω και το έβαλα με χρέωση σε κλειστό χώρο.Μονο τό πρωινό γεύμα έσωσε λίγο την κατάσταση. Έχω πάει δύο φορές Κωνσταντινούπολη σέ αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ποτέ ξανά. Με καλό περπάτημα βρέθηκε η στάση του μετρό που είχε έργα συντήρησης χωρίς νά μας ενημερώσει τό ξενοδοχείο.
