De ruimte in de villa en t zwembad

Matalas dolent, no admeten cans (a l'anunci deia que sí), amenacen en fer-te fora a les 9 de la nit.

Casa gran i comoda, cuina equipada,, piscina exterior

− Casa vella de fa mes de 50 anys, mobles antics. El matalas de l'habitacio gran es el pitjor en el que he dormit, per favor canvieu-lo, no es pot descansar. Anunci en booking on posa que admeten cans (sense cap requeriment, tenim imatges i captures de pantalla que ho proven). A la nostra arribada, un bulldog de la casa dels propietaris s'escapa i envaeix el nostre jardi durant hores marcant territori i pixant. Nosaltres som 9, viatgem amb 3 cans, un nin de 3 anys i un bebe de 8 mesos. No fa cap gracia tenir el pitbull al nostre jardí. A les 21 hores se'ns informa que hem d'abandonar la casa perquè viatgem amb cans (amb els nins ja dormint). Ens fan treure els cans de la casa i el jardí sota amenaça de fer-nos fora.

Très bon

Fantastic villa for family/friend holiday

Lovely villa; great views and the pool absolutely made it. We were a group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children from 10+) and the space suited us perfectly. The pool depth was great for jumping/diving but if you aren’t very comfortable in deep water, I would definitively take a float of some sort. Internet was good (I know but we had teenagers with us!!) - you could easily work from the villa if you needed to. Location was good too - 2 min drive from supermarket/main road which connects Ibiza town/San Antoni but the villa itself is in a very quiet hamlet (no shops/bars etc). Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you stay here but, as per other reviews, the side road on which the villa lies is incredibly uneven and narrow so quite difficult to drive/park on. We ended up parking down the road (with permission) and walking to the villa which was much less stressful. Mopeds would be another good option… all in all, a great villa for a relaxing holiday or to use as a base to explore - or both!

− The recycling situation is a little confusing (you have to work it out and dispose of yourself) and a guide to this and other useful information in the villa would have been helpful.

Great villa but missing some facilities that were advertised.

Lovely villa with well-maintained private pool. Good WiFi. High chairs and cots provided for the babies. Supermarket just down the road. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Air conditioners. Plenty of hot water. Nice views. Good welcome information on arrival. We were grateful that our request for an early check-in we'd accommodated.

− It is not really suitable for very young children - lots of steps and hard, low, sharp corners inside and outside the house. There is no baby gate as advertised to separate the pool area and no safety gates were provided in the house. The pool is too deep for children, with no shallow end (It is advertised as having a shallow end but in fact this is just the steps). You need to be 6ft to be able to touch the bottom. Also the lane up to the house is very uneven and difficult to negotiate with a pushchair. It is advertised as having a hot tub /jacuzzi but this is not the case. There is a large bath in the main bathroom but this is neither a hot tub nor jacuzzi. 2 out of the three showers don't work properly - water stops and starts, and temp varies. Kitchen lacked some essential items - no tin opener, no cork screw, no bottle opener, no whisk, no baking trays, no mixing bowls, no oven gloves (we ended up with several minor burns between us). One teatowel only provided. Some of the knives had loose handles, and one was down-right dangerous because the handle would come off as you used it. The inside rails in the oven were detached - we found the lhs in the bottom and had to reattach. Only one shelf in the oven. The BBQ had not been cleaned. The front door lock is stiff and difficult to operate.
