− Hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch or dinner. Would be great if hotel could have restaurant.

− The room's air conditioner did not work well, and I spoke with Booking.com customer service about it; furthermore, the pillows were completely uncomfortable and did not meet the standards of a four-star hotel
