Prima kamer, maar niet wat we geboekt hadden.

De bedden waren goed en het was schoon.

− We hadden een Deluxe tweepersoonskamer geboekt. In de beschrijving staat dat er een oven aanwezig is in de kamer. Op de foto's van de desbetreffende kamers is de oven ook te zien. Eenmaal ter plaatse bleek er echter alleen een magnetron aanwezig te zijn. Niet fijn als je net een ovenmaaltijd gekocht hebt. De receptie was niet bemand, dus we hebben gelijk gebeld, maar kregen te horen dat alle kamers alleen een magnetron hebben en geen oven. Een teleurstelling dus, ook omdat we wel extra betaald hebben voor de Deluxe kamer. De foto's en beschrijving komen niet overeen met wat we geboekt hebben. Edit: Bijgevoegde foto's en beschrijving zijn van Booking.com en dus niet onze kamer. Ik krijg net een bericht waarin mijn review 'unverschämt' genoemd wordt en dat de beschrijving op Booking een indicatie is. Naar mijn mening moet er dan in de beschrijving oven of magnetron staan en moeten ook de foto's gemixt zijn en moet je niet alleen ovens op de foto zetten bij het Deluxe kamertype.

− Die steile Treppe zum Apartment war so nicht in der Beschreibung erkennbar und ist für alte Leute eine Herausforderung. Das TV Programm ARD war nicht zu empfangen und man konnte sich das Fußball WM Spiel mit deutscher Beteiligung nicht im Fernseher anschauen. Auch der Besitzer konnte nicht Abhilfe schaffen. Die Räume waren extrem aufgeheizt und nur 2 kleine Fenster mit Fliegengitter, die geöffnet werden konnten. Man hätte einfach vorher schon durchlüften müssen bei der Hitze. Oder einen Ventilator zur Verfügung stellen. Aufladen der Kühlakkus nicht möglich im Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach. Ein Frühstück war an beiden Tagen nicht möglich.
