4.0The room was ok. It was clean. Fridge was broken. Air conditioner blew into the curtain but room was not too hot so that was good. The staff was great. Friendly and professional. There was not a working vending machine on site and a lot of the crane machines were not funtioning, low on prizes or broken. The arcade had the same issues. A lot of games not turned on, and the prize games were not stocked with prizes. We still managed to have fun but the cost was expensive. The waterpark was fun but really cold. My seven year old had an amazing time on the many waterslides. My 3 year old had fin but there was only a toddler pool that was less than a goot deep for her to go in. There was no pool for me to swim with her. It was only water slides, splash pads, and a "river" with a forceful current. The snack shack wasnt open, and when i asked about it, i was told they dont do enoigh business during the week. In all honesty, i was one of 4 families there, and by the time we left, we were the only ones there (which was perfect for me). I would honestly go back, but i would stay at a different hotel.

8.0If buying from this 3rd party you must pay will not have access to the water park. $50 per person per day to go to the waterpark. Alot of the little vending machines out of order. The staff was helpful & our room was very clean. Loved all the food options in walking distance.

4.0It was extremely hot in our room and after turning on the air conditioning it barely cooled off and the bed was like sleeping on a rock.
