10.0José, the concierge was amazing. Helped us plan an engagement. It was over the top moonlight with the stars, sunset private dinner! Ingrid at the pool bar was amazing. Kept the drinks flowing. Definitely the best place to stay in Cabo! The view is the best!

8.0At the El Encanto De La Hacienda, I would like to commend the outstanding customer service I received during my stay. The bellmen—Roman, Saul, Luis, and Fernard—were absolutely excellent. They were professional, attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. Me and my family went to Hacienda Encantada for Christmas. The stay was amazing and all of the staff are very helpful.

10.0Juan Ramon is THE MAN. He took great care of us every day. He made this experience very enjoyable. Be sure to go see him at the phase 3 pool / il forno and ask for the Juan special desert! I’ve never had anything like it. Lemon sherbet, mango purée & a shot of blanco tequila —- YUM
