− The bathroom was a bit leaky. Water on the floor and the shower water went everywhere. The bath was a little unstable and the faucets were wobbly.

10.0We had an exceptional stay and wonderful service and staff! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and are incredibly satisfied with our experience. From the very beginning, their staffs impressed us with their excellent communication regarding our arrival time, making sure everything was perfectly prepared for us when we got there. The breakfast options were great every morning, and their tea is super nice, perfect for the Sapa weather! Everyone we encountered was accommodating and eager to assist, but a special mention to Mao (the younger Mao). Because we spent our days strolling around Sapa, we usually returned to the hotel in the afternoon or evening when she was on shift. She was remarkably helpful with all of our needs. Mao has excellent judgment in every situation and constantly goes above and beyond, making sure to explore every possible option to help us out. The wonderful staff and great food made our time in Sapa truly memorable. We highly recommend Sapa Praha Hotel for its hospitality and service!
