10.0The access to the ocean is unbeatable! Irma and MJ are great hosts. They had my favorite room temp set for me when I arrived as if they knew somehow! The driveway is a little tricky to navigate but my Prius did the job just fine. My room was small, the bathroom in good condition, the furnishings in the room were nice. The main level room I had was a little musty/humid, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to that. Overall, would go back!
Saipan Beach Hotel is Perfect place to Stay - SO CLEAN SO GOOD and SAFETY.
10.0There was no Breakfast, but the Hotel Location was perfect and the Owner there so kind and respectful, also the worker are attentive and helpful. Hotel is feeling safety.

Convienient and welcoming
9.0Close to the beach, close to town and the restaurants and bars. Very roomy rooms with fantastic views. MJ and staff were more than personally helpful. Loved it!
Our diversion to Saipan
10.0Exceptional! Our flight diverted at 9:00pm. There is no ground transport at the airport for an unplanned arrival. The owner of the hotel picked us up and drove us back the next morning. We have never stayed at a hotel so clean. The owners don’t just put hard work into the property, they put love!
