Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Klimaanlage. Große Terasse. Küche einschl. Kühlschrank kann mit benutzt werden. Gepäck kann am Abreisetag in der Wohnung deponiert werden.

− Keine Seife am Waschbecken. Nur 2 winzige Portonen Duschgel für 2 Personen und 3 Tage.

Centrally located with a wide variety of street musicians, the wine bar next door is top notch Le Zitelle. A very comfortable bed.

− Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at I Love Art BNB and would like to share my experience, as it raised several concerns that I believe warrant your attention. Upon arrival, I encountered electrical issues—likely seasonal, given it was December—which left the space cold. Once the temperature stabilized, plugging in a hairdryer caused a complete power outage in the unit. Thankfully, after contacting Cristiana and locating the power boxes, we were able to restore electricity. The accommodation lacked basic amenities: no hand soap, no kitchen cleaning supplies, and no dish towel for drying. I had planned to prepare a few meals during my stay, but was informed on arrival that the cooktop and stove were non-functional or not to be used. There were no pots or pans, only a mismatched assortment of dishes and cutlery. Additionally, the listing initially stated that breakfast was included. However, upon arrival, I was told otherwise—and the booking confirmation reflected no meals. This discrepancy was frustrating. I strongly advise future guests to take a screenshot of the listing at the time of booking, as the information appears to change. There were also no coffee-making facilities—no kettle, machine, or even basic supplies—making it impossible to prepare coffee, even with your own ingredients. Most concerning of all, a staff member entered my room unannounced at 9:00 AM, which was a serious violation of my privacy and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I have filed a formal privacy complaint with both Booking.com and Airbnb, as this intrusion should never have occurred. I hope this feedback helps improve the accuracy of listings and the quality of guest experience. I would appreciate a response regarding how these issues will be addressed.
