Overall the hardwares of this hotel is still very good and it’s in an otherwise lovely location.
8.0The location is perfect for me and my family. The hotel over all is pretty good. The price is pretty good for what you get.
− When I was planning to pay the property at the concierge, the price from their side was different from the price on the booking.com site. Staff was poor in English communication even though this is an international brand. No ushering or greetings from the staff when we entered the breakfast buffet, nor did they ask if we wanted coffee. I’ve been to this hotel before and management has really gone downhill from when I was here last year. I hope they will be able to improve in the future as this is honestly a lovely hotel in an otherwise great location.

Great stay
10.0Location and comfort
− No entertainment specially on tv no english program and there was option of smart tv but couldn't connect due to very difficult procedure. Internet was also very slow and didnt work.
