2.0Kaplıca ile alakası yok.Temizlik yok.Hizmet yok.Daha girdiğimiz an otelde 1 saat bekledik oda hazır değildi.Kaplıca diye gittiğimiz yerde deniz suyu sıcaklığında bir havuz ile karşılaştık.Odada klima kumandası yok.Telefon kablosunun uçlarını çıkarmışlar.Cepten oteli aradığımda sorunlarınızı watsapp hattımızdan yazabilirsiniz diye cevap aldım.Resepsiyon görevlisine niçin klima kumandası odada yok dediğimde yaz aylarında klimalar çalışmaktadır diye cevap aldım.Kış ayında kaplıcaya gelip klimayı çalıştıramamak ve ulaşılmasın diye telefon kablolarını çekmek bir işletme olarak çok kötü bir davranış.Sonuçta çocuğumuz hastalandı.Oteli gece 2 de terk etmek zorunda kaldık.Kalınacak bir otel olmayıp gidecekler lütfen bir daha düşünsünle.Tşkler

6.0The hotel needs a big maintenance. Balcony was full of birds waste!!! They need to be more careful with their service. I rented a tiny house called villa, and there was no hot water because pipes were clogged. But receptionist was friendly and understanding of my situation and frustration

10.0Hôtel est également un centre de physiothérapie et de réhabilitation, il propose des soins et des massages, il y a un spa avec piscine, bref il est top ! Le buffet au dîner et petit déjeuner est fantastique. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

6.0Otelde kaplıca bölümü dar ve konforsuz. Dinlenme alanı yok. Genel karma havuz o kadar kötü kokuyordu ki duramadık. Su da böcekler yüzüyordu.Loby kısmında fazla alan yok, tv çalışmıyor. Beş çayı diye karton tabağın içine koydukları yenmiyor. Kağıt bardak ile beş çayı vermeyin. Pandemi bitti ve çok baştan savma. Yataklar eski, odalar da. Tv sıkıntılı. Buzdolabı eski ve pisti. Yemekler ve kahvaltı da kalitesizdi.
