4.0− The curtains in the room are too dirty. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low as the water pump wasn’t turned on for us.

5.0Overall i felt comfortable except no staff avaiable for helping me this morning due to needed of iron. Secondly, i went twice to reception counter but no staff avaiable. Towel also handed late...only around 8.30 pm we come and collected it ourselves...please increase your service.

− Dalam bilik ada lantai yang tak kemas.lantai rosak.. . Kena kaki dan myebabkan luka di tapak kaki saya. .. Bilik okey selesa walau kecik.. Tilam okey.. Tak sediakn tuala.. Takda lap kaki.. Keluar bilik air..pijak lantai basah..

− wifi provided was too slow, u cant even watch netflix. its cabin, so quite noisy, small space.
