The facility pretty accommodated all the needs of a traveler.
9.0Professional and kind staff. Clean rooms with cold air conditioning. Close to Lackland AFB.
− Air conditioner was noisy when in operation. Elevator was unusually hot when inside. Dryer for laundry, took a very long time to dry cloths. No Coke zero.

− The elevator was broken made it a little difficult to take our luggage to our room. But the front desk made up for it! They are amazing
