6.0My experience at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica was very disappointing. On my first night, my room wasn’t properly prepared—neither the AC nor the fan were working. Maintenance had to come fix it, which caused me to miss dinner with my family. Later in the stay, a fight broke out in the club. I tried calling security, but no one answered. I eventually had to call the hotel directly because no one was picking up the phone. Overall, I did not have a great experience. I spoke to management and was told the issues would be addressed, but the lack of follow-through left me even more dissatisfied.

6.0Hotel was beautiful, clean and food was great. Staff was not wonderful and VIP (star class) was a waste of money. Butler only helped with reservations for dinner other than that didn’t see or hear from him.
