Not Efficient staff
2.0Sorry to say. I'm so disappointed during arriving at night with hope I can get my room because I already booked a week before. But the staff said that they didn't get the notification from Expedia (the truth is they didn't check their email) for my booking so they sell my booking room to others without confirmed my arrival (Yes of course they sell because they said they didn't received the notification). The staff came out with solution for us to take another hotel. Thanks for the night staff because helping us.
