Outstanding 10/10 Stay – Exceptional Service and Beautiful Location!
10.0Exceptional Staff: The customer service was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful. They assisted me in various ways throughout my stay, and I am very appreciative of their hard work. Prompt Problem Solving: When I accidentally dropped some food in my room, the tropical climate quickly attracted ants. The staff immediately offered to change my room right away to ensure I was comfortable. Great Accommodations: I stayed in a bungalow that was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-accommodating. Excellent Pool: It was the rainy season, so I did not swim in the ocean much. However, the hotel swimming pool is very nice, and I swam in it a lot. Perfect Location: The local town is small but charming. It has everything a tourist needs and is close to everything else. Fantastic Nearby Activities: The area is surrounded by beautiful beaches if you want to drive around and see nature. Bamboo rafting is only a short 20-minute drive away and is incredibly fun.
− Constructive Feedback Regarding Local Wildlife:The only thing to be mindful of is that there are bats living on the property. On one night,very late around 2AM, a bat fell into the pool and then dried itself right in front of my room, which made me nervous to leave. I also saw bats entering the roofline of the kitchen building, and another injured bat fell near the main reception entrance. Since rabies is a risk with bats in Thailand, it is important to be cautious. If you are ever scratched or exposed, the local clinics right in town can administer rabies shots. I do highly advise management to look into bat exclusion or mitigation around the buildings. However, because this is a highly tropical area full of natural wildlife, I know bats are a regional factor and not necessarily the hotel's fault. It did not ruin my trip at all!I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the incredible staff for making my stay so pleasant!
