10.0Checkin was smooth and the over all service was excellent. The owner was available on site and responsive to help with any issue. Breakfast is simple and tasty - don't expect a big spread. I liked it though.

ideal for family stay
8.0Staff are very kind and helpful. The location is also good to explore Chennai city for shopping & dining. Since we needed to wash clothes every day, washing machine was necessary. I am grateful that a care taker helped me wash & dry laundries all the time.
− The breakfast is served at a common living room where we have to have meals with other families. It would be nice if we have two dining tables or another small table so that we don't feel uncomfortable.

8.0One of the best things about this place is their breakfast. It is really nutritious and sumptuous. And there's no pressure to wake up early and have it at particular time or miss out completely unlike other hostels/hotels/serviced appts. Even if you wake up late, its still going to be there on the dining table or kitchen platform. They have a really nice terrace with plants, a table and a couple of chairs, where you can have your morning coffee/tea while watching planes land every few minutes while also taking in the morning sun. So that's a perfect start to the day already. Wifi is great. It's located in a really posh area so there's everything that you could possibly need within walking distance. The railway station for the local trains is a bit of walk (around 2 kms), but if you're into hot and humid weather, then its a really pleasant walk through the leafy lanes of Adyar, and you're sure to enjoy it.
