7.0Great location as it is beachfront. Service is good. The Como Shambala Spa is excellent. Food in the Beach Club is also really good.

4.0First and maybe our last como. We are trying new hotels. Staying in one of their best room available. The 3 bedroom penthouse during this school holiday peak season. Food are great. Room is nice. But its kinda old and need a good maintainance. Restaurant and gym bathroom abit smelly. Maybe it just doesnt suite our holiday style. Will stick to b****y. Or Am*n next destination. And most important dont stay here if you plan to take a decent photo even its for you own collection and family picture. Need to formally ask permission from top management even during our dinner and only at the dinner table. Should have inform us at the beginning do I can just move to other place
