Lovely owner and warm and friendly and her son looked after us and was so polite credit to her

− Few things need to have shelf for shower stuff in shower and plug sockets needed near bed and bigger shower heads needed everything else was great 👍 breakfast was lovely but could do with more options 😁

Easy walking to centre of Skegness but nice and quiet area Room was nice- bed very comfortable Breakfast was very good and well run. We were left to come and go as we pleased.
