Struttura bellissima e personale gentile . Stanza enorme e molto accogliente , ottima vista del monte yotei . Buona colazione . Il prezzo è più che ottimo , ma siamo fuori stagione sciistica ( luglio ) . Ottima onsen anche adatte alle persone tatuate .

施設全体が新しく綺麗　まだ増築中で将来が楽しみです 部屋に設置のマシンのコーヒーがとても美味しかった 施設周辺の案内をとても丁寧にしてもらえました 羊蹄山が見れる部屋で良かったです　 部屋によっては山は見えない　この辺り明示した方ががっかりされないと思う

− 何故か当サイトと覚えのないホームページからの２部屋予約の状態で２部屋分の料金を請求された 事前に不自然な予約状況とわかるなら教えて欲しかったし料金も柔軟に対応して欲しい　 館内マップがとても字が小さく薄く見づらい 近眼の私で見えない　 写メした上で拡大しても読めない字が拡大するだけ ここは絶対に改善が必要と思います 避難経路とか、わからなかった　危険です ツインの部屋なのに椅子が一つしかない　一人が我慢とか、２つ有っても移動できないソファとか使いづらい 部屋に全身の映る鏡が無い コインランドリーの換気が大変悪い 乾燥中、狭いランドリールームは湿気でムッとしました　この状況ではいずれカビだらけです 風呂場は内鍵かけられるが他の人の利用を考えると出来ない　 悪意ある人がいたら怖いです　暗証番号とか対応検討して欲しい

お部屋も綺麗でアメニティグッズも大満足。 羊蹄山を眺めながらゆったり過ごせる素敵なお部屋です（生憎のお天氣で一瞬しか見れませんでしたが） 大浴場が素敵なお湯で全身スベスベに🎶 朝食がまたとても美味しかったです。 静かにゆったりゴージャスな北海道の旅を満喫できました。 ニセコのシーズンオフもお勧めです。

Fantastic hotel.

The staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The onsen was lovely, both indoor and outdoor (with privacy). The breakfast was a freshly made Japanese breakfast plus cereal, juice and salad options. We would have loved to stay longer. A short drive to restaurants as the hotel restaurant is closed at this time of year.

− The only thing was that the temperature of the shower in our room could (and did) get suddenly very hot.
