− Ich musste mehrfach nach schriftlich angebotenen Nackenrollen fragen die es dann leider gar nicht gab. Das hauseigene Fernsehprogramm war einen Monat zu alt. Ob es ein aktuelles gab wusste leider Niemand. Es wurde auch nicht darauf zurückgekommen. Niemand konnte Nackenrollen finden und es wurde auch nicht weiter versucht. Irgendwann bekam ich andere Kissen und Bezüge in die Hand gedrückt als ich nicht locker ließ . Die Zimmergardine war defekt und ließ sich nicht vollständig schliessen sondern nur halb . Die Kneipe gegenüber ist sehr laut .
Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!
9.0Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr angenehm - mitten im Zentrum!

10.0Die Zentrale Lage im Ort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sogar das Guinness von Gegenüber durfte ich im Strankorp vorm Hotel mit zugekiniffenem Auge der Mitarbeiter trinken.
− Meine Matratze war steinhard. Wurde aber auf Anfrage durch eine weichere sofort getauscht.
