− The fact there was nowhere to store luggage after check out ,we had 4houtrs to kill with bags to carry around
Okay for a short stay, but poorly maintained & very disappointing. Overpriced, wouldn't stay again.
4.0Great location.
− We booked the one bedroom apartment, but it was a studio on the ground floor without a separate bedroom. It did not feel very clean. We had to ask the manager to rewash the floors as there was a smell lingering from a previous guest's dog. A lot of the surfaces were quite dusty, I had to clean part of the wall in the bathroom due to cobwebs and a dead spider. The place felt quite damp, and after the floors were washed they did not dry properly during the 2 days we were there. The shower door was broken and nearly came in on top of me when I went to slide it closed. The shower head itself was tied in place as the bracket for sliding it up and down was broken. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. The TV remote did not work. We were there during the Kinsale Arts Weekend, and when we went to leave the apartment on our first morning we found ourselves barricaded in by a stack of tables right in front of our door. We were right next to the courtyard where an event was taking place, and were then looked at crossly for wanting to leave. Also when we returned we had to tiptoe through as there was another performance and it was impossible to get to our apartment without disturbing some of the audience. In both cases we were made to feel it was our fault and we were causing a problem even though we needed access at those specific times and nobody had warned us of the performances.
Not what we expected.
4.0The location was good
− The location was good but this made it very noisy. The washing machine was broken. Not enough crockery and cutlery for party. The apartment was dirty including the oven and bathroom
Could recommend it to anybody hope to stay there again

− Just a suggestion apt 5 bedrooms could do with fans during the warm time
