− The dining room was smelly The food wasn't very tasty The rooms were small and no one came to clean Our room phone did not work The bath shampoo and soap were not good they had smell of a chewing gum The participation of the bingo game was extra charge No one guided us for the hotel services activities and general orientation The night activity was karaoke by hotel gusts We took a room with 2 rooms and there was tv only in one room and not both The bathroom was ugly

− חדר בבונגלו היה לו ריח רע מאוד . גם למצעים היה ריח רע מאוד לא היו מצעים שמיכות בחדר נמלים בכל החדר לא מנקים את החדר במהלך השהייה . רחוק מאיזור הטיילת של פרוטראס תחזוקה ירודה מאוד

8.0Ήταν όλα πάρα πολύ καλά!! Ωραίο φαγητό, πλούσιο με πολλές επιλογές! Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό! Ωραίο waterpark και απασχολούνται ωραία τα παιδιά!
− Το μόνο αρνητικό που θα μπορούσα να πω είναι ότι ήμασταν στο παλιό κτήριο και δεν είχαμε καθόλου ωραία θέα.

10.0יש הכל מהכל שווה את המחיר מעולה למשפחות עם ילדים מגלשות מגניבות 2 חדרי אוכל גם מי שלא אוכל בשר יש מה לאכול כל הזמן צוות מדהים ומסביר פנים עוזר ואכפתי פעילויות והפעלות בבריכה ובמלון בערב כל יום
− החדרי בונגלו לא כל כך נקיים אבל מבקשים ואם יש בעיה ישר מסדרים ומטפלים הכל היה מושלם
