10.0Close and convenient location right next to the train station. Host was lovely and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Aircon was so nice and cool in the summer heat.

Fabulous boutique hotel in Napoli.
10.0The elevator that takes you up to the 4th floor, where Five Rooms is located, was a really great facility. We'd seen that you need a 10 cent coin to operate it, so were well prepared, and there was even a pot of 10 cent coins in reception for future uses. That was a really good touch. The breakfast was perfect. Really good juices, yoghurts, and cornetto (I know I don't need to tell you that is Italian for croissant). We also just want to express our thanks to Alfredo, the manager / owner, who was so friendly and helped us with snippets of local knowledge.
− There was nothing that we didn't like.
Accommodation suited our needs.
8.0The Five Rooms Napoli, whilst relatively basic was clean, beds were comfortable, room was a decent size and the bathroom was huge by European standards. Alfredo was an excellent communicator and provided some great tips re transfers and restaurants. For us, the location was fantastic as it was a very short walk to Napoli Centrale train station and within walking distance of the old town area.

8.0I really enjoyed the terrace where we had dinner and the cleanliness of the property. There is also A/C.
− I liked the breakfast and the attention of the staff to prepare some coffees. However, it could be better with fresher products (not processed food).
