Horrible odeur de tabac froid incrusté
1.0Emplacement situé juste en face de la gare
− Si vous vous voyez attribuer la chambre 312, demandez immédiatement à changer de chambre. Dès l’ouverture de la porte nous avons été saisi par l’odeur de tabac froid imprègne probablement dans la moquette. Nous avons eu l’impression de dormir dans un cendrier ou un fumoir. L’hôtel était complet donc impossible de changer de chambre, nous avons essayé de réserver un autre hôtel à 23h tellement l’odeur était insupportable mais tout était complet avec le Tour de France. Malgré mes demandes à être rappelée par la direction, toujours aucune nouvelle après 48h. Malgré la propreté de la chambre, l’odeur a rendu la nuit extrêmement pénible, surtout pour le prix que nous avons payé. Par ailleurs, j’avais réservé un lit queen size, le lit faisait au mieux 140cm et nos pieds dépassaient.
