6.0Staff very strict about even a slightly earlier check in. Then you are directed to computer screens when you actually do check in. Strange. Rooms are nice with balconies which is cool. Breakfast was decent.

4.0check in 時間是下午4點，但check out 仍是上午11點，沒延後一小時，沒有任何彈性，希望3點入住的話，提早1小時要收費500元。櫃台員工應對感覺不友善，是"不友善"，不是不親切(不敢要求親切)。迎賓水果盤西瓜不新鮮，若是直接跟飯店訂房還有招待雞湯，透過訂房網的就沒有。以NTD5,400元4 人房來說，房間小了點，沒有什麼公共設施。網路上說早餐很讚，很多樣等等，其實也還好，是有中式西式，但樣式也沒很多，口味倒是可以。

8.0This hotel was a new option for me this visit and I liked it. The location had quick access to downtown Hsinchu by walking 20 mins. The local train station was walking distance. As we were visiting company's south of the river this was an ideal spot as the traffic in the city is very busy. This hotel also had free self serve laundry which was a huge help on a long trip.
