Fint fint men ikke så “hyggeligt”

Super morgenmad (vi havde Executive Club Room) serveret på stedets lille club restaurant) Fin lille pool område med solsenge

− Der måtte en samtale med “chefen” til for at hævde vores ret til late check-out selvom det fremgik af bookingen. Og så var 95% af gæsterne russere. Ikke at det gør noget basalt set. Men man følte sig ikke specielt velset blandt dem. Elevatorerne er ikke dimensioneret til mængden af gæster.

Просторный номер, вид на море

− Оплатила через букинг перед заездом номер премиальный семейный на 27 этаже на 5 ночей. Заселили быстро. На букинге указан 5* отель с хорошим рейтингом. После заезда в номер немного удивил линолеум на полу и икеевская мебель (дешовка), в номере было не очень чисто, номер разочаровал. Попросила отменить бронь и вернуть деньги. Отель сослаться на букинг. Написала букингу, букинг сказал мы не против, если решите с отелем, но отель на встречу не пошёл. -огромный минус это в номер на 4× человек выдают по 4 стеклянных брендовых бутолочки воды 250-300 мл., попросили дополнительно поставить еще 2, возникла проблема -неположенно. На следующий день начали спрашивать за эти пустые бутылки, если бутылки в номере нет, то возместить штраф, а бутылки просто стояли в разных комнатах около кровати на тумбочки и т.д. Утюга в номере нет, попросили утюг принесли детский утюжок без отпаривателя самый маленький который с собой в чемодане можно было привезти, розетки большая часть не работают из-за разных диаметров вилок, приходилось одному держать вилку другому гладить. Ресторан находиться на 30 этаже, 3 лифта которые постоянно перегруженными везут на завтрак, потом с завтрака. Пляж в 5-6 утра заполнен туристами.
