4.0Impersonal. When we reached the place, doors had combination and no one was available to help. Lucky, lady at the shop helped us to call the owner and got room number, combination number to enter. Waited outside in cold weather. Understand that we were international traveler and didn't have local phone.Room was at the second floor. Just two thin towels, no napkins, no wash clothes. Only two cheap plastic hangers. Just one of the worst experience that we had in Iceland. I would not stay there again.
