7.0It was small, but has everything what we needed. The staff communication was professional.
− Lack of maintenance. Some lights went off, the coffe machine was leaking.

3.0− Det var ekstremt lytt. Vi hørte ALT naboen gjorde. Veldig dårlig luft inne, badet hadde en konstant fukt lukt. Slitt rom, og kaffemaskin var full av fett

7.0Unkomplizierter Check-in mit Schlüsselbox und allem Nötigen ausgestattet, auch wenn der Tisch etwas größer sein dürfte und die Stühle ausgetauscht werden könnten. Die Umgebung war sehr schön mit dem täglichem Hufgeklapper und den vielen Vögeln, wir kommen gerne wieder!
− Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und sofern das Nebenzimmer belegt ist, bekommt man sogar das schnarchen der Nachbarn mit.

8.0L'appartamento era molto comodo ed abbastanza pulito, della grandezza giusta per quattro persone. La posizione perfetta.. immersa nella tranquillità della campagna ma a pochi minuti dalla "città" di Selfoss. Per gli standard isalndesi, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Comodissimo il self check-in con cassetta per le chiavi, sebbene in questo modo non si incontrino mai i proprietari e quindi non si abbia mai occasione di avere un rapporto "umano". Comunque, quando abbiamo avuto bisogno, l'assistenza è stata disponibilissima ed immediata scrivendo tramite i messaggi su Booking.
− La fornitura della cucina era piuttosto scarsa, eravamo in quattro ed abbiamo faticato ad apparecchiare per tutti, oltretutto non è presente nessun tipo di biancheria da cucina. Con una spesa minima si garantirebbe una comodità nettamente maggiore. Il fornello elettrico non perfettamente funzionante.. per far bollire l'acqua per una pasta ci vogliono ore! Abbiamo risolto usando prima il bollitore elettrico per scaldare l'acqua, ma questo aspetto sarebbe da migliorare.

− Basic place for 1 night only. We stayed 4 nights. There was no T.V. which we thought was elementary in 2026. No closet to hang cloths or dry them.

9.0Great place for a one-week stay. It is not far to many of the touristic attractions yet cosy and quiet with a lovely view of the scenery and the river (a bit further away) – and, not least, the wonderful Iceland horses. We'd love to visit again.
− An additional (wall-)shelf to store food would be great.
