I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Trâm at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality and genuine smile made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. In terms of customer service, I am extremely satisfied with the excellent support she provided. Best Stay in Nha Trang
10.0To be very honest, after staying in many hotels this was a refreshing experience. The room and hotel was awesome and the location as well. The Front Office staff speaks perfect English and everyone was super friendly. Han, Minh and specially Anh, Uyen, Phong was extremely helpful, from the moment we arrived.
