La amabilidad del personal y el tamaño de las habitaciones.

− La habitación tenía vistas a la piscina donde se hacía la animación, por lo que el ruido desde las 10am hacia difícil descansar. Teóricamente desde las 10pm debía cesar el ruido, pero no había nadie vigilando, así que seguía habiendo niños y adultos gritando. El WC estaba atascado (lo arreglaron) y las instalaciones un poco viejas Aparcar cerca era complicado sobre todo por las tardes

− Le petit déjeuner à 10h car les machines à café ne fonctionnaient plus déjà à 7h30, le personnel avait trop hâte de débarrasser et mettait les gens sous pression. On ne trouvait plus un seul verre d'eau ni une cuillère!
