10.0Beautiful apartment and great location. Parking was great. Would definitely stay herr again
Lack of sound insulation ruined our stay!
2.0Spacious apartment in a good location, but our two night stay was ruined by noise from the flat above. There seems to be no effective sound insulation, so were woken at 7am each morning by the people above us, and found the noise in the evenings so bad that we had to ensure we stayed out until they had gone to bed! As getting a quiet night's sleep is pretty basic, I'd have to give Quora a big thumbs down I'm afraid.

10.0The property was in an excellent location. It was clean and very spacious. Sam was extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the early check-in. I have no negative comments for this property.

6.0Not my cup of tea. Room was a bit cold and dank. Seems to be managed remotely by people with better things to do so good luck if you need anything. Internet not working, these things happen even at home but it was just one neg to the whole experience. Next time I will stay at a normal hotel with a reception.

2.0The only thing I liked about the property was it's proximity to De Montfort Hall and the kitchen was pretty nice. Things I didn't like were: (1) smell of sewer gas coming from bathroom, (2) bed was quite uncomfortable, (3) the internet connection we were told to use didn't appear to be active, so we didn't have internet access and (4) there were people above us making loud noises at all hours of the night.
