Very good hotel
10.0The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable. At times there was a sewer smell but it wasn't extremely strong or constant. The breakfast buffet was good but get there early (before 9 am. If you get there at 9 am or later, everything is empty or only a few things left. When the çay runs out, no more is made. The hotel is located close to everything.

10.0On arrival we were offered a standard room on second floor, although we had paid for a delux room. On querying this at reception (Night Shift) we were given a delux room on the seventh floor. Much better sitting area and the room was nice and hot (-17") outside. Bed okay but could do with extra pillows. Cleaning and service by floor maid excellent.

10.0Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Kars Kale ist auch in der Nähe und man sieht es auch vom Hotel. Der Service ist super und sehr freundlich.
