− serviço em geral. Fomos mal informados dos horarios (recebemos e-mail informando check in 16 hs e check out 14 hs, mas eles praticam entrada 15 hs e saída 12 hs) ou seja, "perdemos 3 horas. Tivemos que solicitar 3 vezes, na recepção, a limpeza do quarto. Escada de acesso ao quarto tem sujeira de muitos dias por falta de limpeza. Refeições de resorts são sempre um espetáculo a parte, nossa expectativa é alta por conta disso, mas no Ody Park decepcionou, comparando com termas de Vere, Maestro em Beltrão, Jurema, etc
