8.0Bir gece konakladık. Görevli personel kibar ve ilgili idi. Otel genelde biraz eski olmasına rağmen temizlik konusunda iyi. Özellikle yatak çarşafları temizdi ve yatak rahattı.Halılar, bataryalar ve duş içi yenilenirse daha iyi olur düşüncesindeyim. Otopark olması tercihimizi etkiledi. Düzce küçük bir yer, otelden 5-10 dakikalık bir yürüyüşle merkeze ulaşılıyor. Ayrıca otelin altında, yanında da marketler bulunuyor. Sabah kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.
Çok memnun kaldım
10.0Düzce’ye arkadaşımızın düğünü için gelmiştik. Hızel Otel’i rastgele tercih ettik ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. İç dizaynı ve temizliği ile ihtiyaç olduğunda tekrar tercih edilebilecek yerler arasına mutlaka girer.

10.0Odalar genis ve temiz, çalisanlar yardim sever. Sadece klimayi açmakta zorlandik, merkezi sistemmis. Resepsiyon'da ki çalisanlar hemen ayarladi. Kahvalti çok iyidi. Sadece bir gece kaldik ve çok memnun kaldik.
