10.0Понравилось местоположение дома. близко к пляжу,к магазинам и прогулочным зонам. Интернет работал, парковка очень удобная. Доброжелательная хозяйка, оперативно помогала, консультировала нас. Дополнительно предоставила принадлежности постельные для удобства. Неожиданно оказалось рядом стройка, про нее написано-но я не внимательно прочитала, однако неудобств это не составило, работы начинаются в 8 ч и заканчиваются в 18ч., иногда раньше, в выходные не работают. Удивительно спокойно и чисто рядом с обьектом, никаких криков и разговоров рабочих не слышно. Слышно шум крана и небольшую суету - это абсолютно не раздражало и даже пыли лишней на болконе не было.
− Пожелала бы горничной более добросовестно делать уборку в такой хорошей квартире.

− WRITE CLEARLY NOT THAT MIGHT BE WORK!! THE APARTMENT IN NEXT DOOR A HUGE CONSRTUCTION SITE THERE ISNT A BIT OF NOISE YOU GET WOKEN @7AM EACH MONING DRILLING BANGING ETC SHOULD BE CLEARLY WRIITEN BUT ITS ONLY IN THE FINE PRINT-Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 7:00AM to 6:00PM and some rooms may be affected by noise. ALL ROOMS ARE AFFECTED BY THIS.. THE APARTMENT SOMETIME SHAKES FROM ALL THE WORK BESIDES THIS IS A GREAT PLACE!!

− חסרים המון דברים קטנים- שטיח למקלחת. מתלה למגבת ידיים. את הדוש באמבטיה כבר כתבו שאפשר להחליף ועדיין לא החליפו. אין אפילו מתקן לתלות את הדוש. יש אתר בניה סמוך לבניין- רעש נוראי החל מ7:00 נאמר לי רק לאחר ששילמתי.

8.0Location was excellent , right by the beach, restaurants and a boardwalk. Private parking
− The kitchen supplies were at a bare minimum .The fridge had no freezer section that worked, didn’t produce ice and was in very poor condition. No hand towels, no tablecloths or placemats.
