Nice location but the staff should empower communication
5.0The view from the garden is very nice
− The communication with the staff was poor. I asked before if the bbq could be used, they confirmed, and when we got there we found a wasp nest on the bbq. Also, the owner lives beside and didn’t explain us correctly which part of the property belonged to us and which one not. So we set the table in the patio and after we started to eat she came out claiming that we were invading her property. We had to stop eating and move.

8.0Appartamento spazioso per 4 persone, in una frazione (Vigino) isolata e silenziosa.
− Purtroppo in casa non c'era campo per il cellulare e non c'è connessione internet WiFi in casa. Non adatto quindi per chi deve magari lavorare in smartworking.

8.0L'alloggio si trova in una piccola frazione, un gruppetto di case in pietra molto carino dove non si entra con le auto, quindi è molto tranquillo. I vicini di casa che si occupano dell'alloggio sono molto simpatici e disponibili. Peccato essere rimasti una sola notte. La casa è semplice ma ben arredata e ben organizzata con tutto ciò che serve.
− Purtroppo il parcheggio non è semplice da trovare. Bisogna fare un pezzo di strada a piedi per arrivare alla casa. I materassi dei due letti singoli non sono molto comodi uno in particolare è molto molle.
