Graves problemas de humedad y moho
1.0Habitación amplia, con bonitas vistas. La ropa de cama y las toallas parecían limpias.
− La habitación presentaba un grave problema de humedad. Había grandes manchas de humedad en las paredes e incluso moho visible en la pared junto a la cama. La moqueta estaba húmeda al caminar, dando la sensación de que la humedad afectaba a toda la habitación. En la bañera también había marcas negras de humedad. Además, el fuerte olor a humedad intentaba disimularse con un ambientador de menta muy intenso. Para rematar, la lámpara del techo del baño estaba llena de arañas y otros insectos muertos en su interior, algo impropio de un establecimiento de esta categoría. Dormir en una habitación en estas condiciones resulta muy desagradable y no es lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

8.0予約日時を間違えていたらしく丁寧な連絡があった。 早目に着いたので、温泉施設を案内してもらい、サウナやプールで時間を漫喫できた。 孫のお土産で欲しがっていた商品がある即購入できた。
