Very good
8.0Good room, with big and comfortable beds. There was breakfast: eggs, baguettes, coffee and some local sweets. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Helped us organise the tour in the caves, gave different cookies in the trip :)

Disappointing stay
4.0The location was right next to our bus drop off and pick up. Nice restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious. When we were leaving the nice lady working there gave us free bottled water.
− We had agreed with the hotel we would arrive at 3am off a sleeper bus. When we arrived, the door was locked and the whole place was in darkness. We had to bang on the door and shout to get in. When we got in, we were greeted at the top of the stairs by a cockroach. The room itself was not clean, there was a used towel and used Toothbrush still from the last guest. The room was also freezing cold and had bed had only a thin sheet.
