Stay at the Nera Hotel, Jabbi Lake, Abuja
4.0I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. There was a question about our breakfast with only one available despite the online details of two with the booking. Also we went swimming and the pool was not clean. The pool surroundings also need cleaning up. Three of us went swimming and the hotel wanted to charge for two people as they said only one per room was covered. We had no problem with paying for one person. Very disappointing visit. As a Hotel who advertises to an international clientele it is certainly not up to a good standard.
