− Disculpe but this was the worst reception i've ever received. The lady openly doubted I could have a reservation at the hotel even before checking the system, maybe because I looked like a standard el Camino piligrim - large backpack, slightly dirty t-shirt, messy hair. As soon as she checked she saw it. She then held me for good 20 minutes and loudly repeated twice that she is sending my information to the POLICE as if she was expecting me to do something horrible in the hotel. Her overall tone and behaviour was rude and repulsive. Very uncomfortable experience, advice piligrims to skip this hotel.
