6.0Very big and good room. The bathroom is 5 stars. !!! But there was one big ventilation in front of the room. It was so very noisy that i could not sleep, even I closed all windows and doors. And it was very hot in the room.

8.0I went on a Friday when big music event took place, of Manic Street Preachers so there was no taxi or bus available in the afternoon so had to walk over 30 minutes from station in heat. Shower in Room 5 didn't drain properly and no waste busket for paper towel or sanitary goods for female guests. Request for breakfast by what's app didn't work and at 11am only choice was breakfast muffin. That's little disappointing. They are very friendly and property is nice and lounge and cafe and garden were big and relaxing almost facing Margate coast and good for holiday makers as easy to follow the main promenade and find it.

10.0Overall a good stay, a large room with a lovely sea view. The staff were great and accommodating but overpriced.
