10.0it's almost like living in a hotel - super clean and quiet. my favourite part is where you can set an alarm for the bed to rise and lights to come on. great location too in the heart of shibuya

Exceptional Stay
10.0I stayed here just one night but would gladly stay here again. The bed was comfortable, and all of the hotel's facilities, including the communal bathrooms and showers, were spotless! Just a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station and the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing. I stayed on a female-only floor, and when I got back to the hotel around 11:00 PM, my floor was quiet, and I slept like a baby. Finally, I left some cash in my safe and didn't realize it until I was well on my way to Narita Airport. The staff was very helpful and communicative and allowed my friend to retrieve the cash for me the following day. 10/10
